Santiago Pe??a Palacios. Santiago Pe??a Palacios is a Paraguayan politician and economist who has served as the 52nd president of Paraguay since 2023. Pe??a served on leadership boards for the Central Bank of Paraguay and Banco Amambay. He taught economics at the Catholic University of Asunci??n, and has published research papers on monetary policy and finance.
